When people ask me what I paint, the answer is not as simple as landscapes or portraits. My art for the last 20 years has focused primarily on the abstract, not the concrete. Some people say that abstract artists paint nothing- I believe I paint everything that exists unseen.
I attempt to capture moments and emotions and place them on my canvases. I experiment with form, color, and texture to interpret events and moments from my life, and the lives of people close to me.
